This is a jazz magazine from May 1946 called Hot-Revue Number 6. It features Andy Kirk on the front cover. The magazine is in very good condition except for few smudges on the front cover and a missing section on page 31 that has a perforated edge, so maybe it was a form that was removed. There are 36 pages in all. The magazine is written in French and was produced in Switzerland
and was one of the most popular jazz magazines of its time. It measures 11 1/2 x 8".
There are many beautiful pictures inside of famous Jazz musicians including: Cab Calloway, Hilton Jefferson, Roy Eldridge, Bill Coleman, Fats Waller, Lena Horne, Benny Goodman, Jug Zhindem, Woody Herman and Valaida Snow.
