Chicago & Northwestern Railway Co. Proposed Warehouse System Clinton, Iowa 1958

Description

This is a 27 paged 3 holed bound Chicago & North Western Railway Co. (C&NW) Proposed Warehousing System for Clinton Shops and Stores in Clinton, Iowa 21 February 1958 by Drake, Startzmna, Sheahan and Barclay of New York.  Additionally, Exhibits A (Layouts) and Exhibit B (Motorized Equipment Inventory) are also bound in the back.  The booklet is in very good condition.  Also included is a carbon copy of a 2 paged letter to Chicago and North Western dated 24 Febrluary 1958 regarding the Chicago Shops and General Stores.  The first page of the letter is ragged around the edges, but the text is legible (see photo).
