OPENED/USED (sticker is removed or cut open) – A standard restocking fee (20% of the cost of the item) and original shipping and handling cost will be charged. More serious issues may require additional costs.

If within 14 days your item is deemed to be defective then we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item. You need to pay the return shipping cost.
